Management Team

The field operations are headed by Terrell Thompson who has dedicated just under 15 years in the HVACR trade. He grew up learning the trade and industry from his grandparents, parents, and highly trained commercial and industrial mechanics in the industry. Terrell’s vast experience ranges from designing and installing ductwork, residential HVAC construction and service, commercial HVAC and Refrigeration construction, chiller and boiler work to industrial units, and commercial and retail maintenance and service. The day to day business operations are managed by Ashley Thompson with two degrees in accounting and an MBA. Ashley has over a decade of customer service and management experience in the retail, restaurant, and health insurance industries

Service Team

At Thompson’s we view our service team as the face of the company. We know that our technicians and service personnel are who our customers see and hear daily. We strive to hire, train, and motivate great team players and customer driven individuals. Our service team is made up of the best mechanics in the industry from multiple chiller and boiler mechanics to commercial and residential mechanics. You can be assured our mechanics will show a level of professionalism and knowledge ahead of the competition, always putting our customers first.
